Android vs IOS: Which Platform Is Best for You?

The world of smartphones is constantly changing, so it's important for us to know what new features are coming out and how we can get the most out of our devices. If you're looking for a way to keep up with the latest technology, then an Android phone is probably the way to go. If you prefer using an iPhone, then an IOS device may be more your speed. Here's why:

Android: Just For Fun

If you want a phone just for fun, then Android is probably the way to go. It's easy to use and has some great games available on the market today. You can also download apps from the Google Play Store (or similar stores) that will give you access to all kinds of fun things like fitness trackers or streaming music services like Spotify or Pandora Radio (just search for "music" in these apps).

Android

Android is a mobile operating system developed by Google that powers more than a billion devices worldwide. Android was originally released in 2008 as a smartphone platform, but it has since expanded to tablets, wearables, cars, TVs, and other devices. Android is based on Linux and its user interface is based on direct manipulation gestures like swiping and pinching. It has been designed with touch-screen devices in mind but can also be used on desktops or laptops. The main goal of Android is to create an open-source OS that can be used by anyone. This means that anyone can use the Android source code to build their own versions of the OS without paying licensing fees to Google or any other companies who want to profit from the OS's development.

Android devices run hundreds of thousands of different apps which are available through Google Play Store or third-party stores such as Amazon Appstore and Microsoft Store (formerly Windows Store).

IOS

It is the successor to the iPhone OS, which was the default version of iOS until version 7. The first version of iOS was released on June 29, 2007, for the iPhone and iPod touch. It was followed by a second version on September 19, 2007, for the iPad, which added multitasking and support for third-party widgets to the iPod touch.

Version 3.0 was released on July 23rd, 2009 for both iPhone and iPod touch, introducing features such as copy/paste between apps and improved support for third-party keyboards. iOS 5 was released on October 12th, 2011 adding more than 70 new features including Airdrop support allowing users to share photos directly from their phones to other iOS devices using Wi-Fi networks; AirPlay syncing apps across devices; FaceTime

On October 22nd, 2010, Apple released iOS 4 with over 200 new features including iCloud sync and multitasking from within applications (such as Notes or Safari), a new calculator app with Siri integration (which could also read aloud text messages), an updated Maps application that included turn-by-turn navigation based on Yelp reviews, improved camera software with burst mode and face detection technology (which can also be used in video calls).

What Android offers that IOS doesn't

Android is an open-source operating system that was developed by Google and is used on many mobile devices. It has been available since 2008, but it wasn't until 2011 that the first version of Android 4.0 came out.

Android is a great choice for people who want a phone or tablet that can be updated whenever Google releases a new version of Android instead of waiting for their device manufacturer to do so. This means that you don't have to wait for updates to come out before you can use them, which can be quite annoying if you're trying to use your phone while it's being updated. And because Android has such a large user base, it also means that there are more apps available than there are on iOS; this includes some really cool apps like Gmail and Facebook Messenger that aren't available on Apple's App Store.

Android lets you customize your device in many ways, including customizing the look of your home screen and choosing from hundreds of different wallpapers for your wallpaper background as well as changing the color scheme of your interface so everything looks cohesive rather than just black text against white backgrounds with blue accents here and there making everything feel really weird and distracting when using them together like this (the app icon next to the clock doesn't help either). Main differences between Android vs IOS

Here's what you need to know about the differences:

1) Microsoft Windows is a commercial operating system developed and sold by Microsoft, which is why it's called "Windows."

2) Apple's macOS is a desktop operating system developed by Apple Inc., while its iOS is an operating system designed for mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.

3) Windows 10 is an updated version of Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 that brings built-in virtual assistants to your computer and allows you to run multiple apps at once on your device. It also has more built-in security features than previous versions of Windows.

4) The Apple Watch runs on iOS, which also powers iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch devices. The watch can be used to send messages from your phone or sync with other devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi networks when connected to another device like a phone or computer screen without any cords connecting them together either way (tethering).

Both Andriod and IOS have their own advantages, but they also have different approaches to technology and user experience so there is no right answer really.
